Server Rules

Please read and understand the following rules before playing on Arcadia. These rules exist to ensure a fair and enjoyable experience for everyone.

Rules may be updated at any time. Please check this page regularly to stay informed about any changes.
1. General Rules
  • 1.1The use of cheats, bots, hacks, or any third-party software that interacts with the game client is strictly prohibited.
  • 1.2Real money trading (RMT) of in-game items, accounts, or currency is forbidden and will result in a permanent ban.
  • 1.3Treat all players and staff members with respect. Harassment, threats, and toxic behavior will not be tolerated.
  • 1.4Advertising other servers, websites, or services in any form is not allowed.
  • 1.5You are responsible for the security of your account. Use a strong, unique password and never share your login credentials.
    • 2. Chat & Communication
  • 2.1Spamming, flooding, or excessive use of caps in any chat channel is prohibited.
  • 2.2Insults, hate speech, racism, sexism, and any form of discrimination are strictly forbidden.
  • 2.3The primary languages in global chat are German and English. Other languages are welcome in private messages and guild chat.
  • 2.4Impersonating staff members, other players, or any official entity is forbidden.
    • 3. Gameplay Rules
  • 3.1Exploiting bugs, glitches, or unintended game mechanics is strictly prohibited. This includes duplication exploits and map glitches.
  • 3.2If you discover a bug, you are expected to report it immediately. Failure to report known bugs may result in penalties.
  • 3.3Intentional griefing, such as repeatedly targeting the same low-level player without reason, is discouraged and may be penalized.
  • 3.4Fair play is expected at all times. Any attempt to gain an unfair advantage through illegitimate means will be punished.
    • 4. Account & Trading
  • 4.1Account sharing is permitted but at your own risk. The team will not intervene in disputes arising from shared accounts.
  • 4.2Scamming other players through deceptive trades or false promises is strictly forbidden and will result in severe penalties.
  • 4.3Item shop purchases are final and non-refundable. Please review your purchases carefully before confirming.
    • 5. Penalties
  • 5.1Penalties follow a graduated system: Warning → Mute → Temporary Ban → Permanent Ban.
  • 5.2The severity of the penalty depends on the nature and frequency of the offense. Severe violations may result in an immediate permanent ban.
  • 5.3All penalties are logged and traceable. Staff members are required to document their actions.
    • 6. Appeals
  • 6.1If you believe a penalty was issued unfairly, you may appeal by contacting the staff team via Discord.
  • 6.2When submitting an appeal, provide your account name, a description of the incident, and any supporting evidence (screenshots, videos).
  • 6.3Final decisions on appeals are made by the senior staff. Decisions are final and binding.
    • Ignorance of the rules is not an excuse. By playing on Arcadia, you acknowledge and agree to abide by all rules listed on this page.
